Tips to stay yourself safe from Covid-19
- Eat healthy, be healthy-
- Massage yourself every day-
- Do some inversions (yoga)-
- Avoid cold, sweet and fried-
- Take warm baths-
- Maintain good sleep hygiene-

Coronavirus and “Alternative” Treatments
- Wash your hands often with soap and water for a minimum of 20 seconds, especially after getting to the bathroom; before eating; and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.
- If soap and water aren't readily available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with a minimum of 60% alcohol. Always wash hands with soap and water if hands are visibly dirty.
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
- Avoid close contact with people that are sick.
- Stay home once you are sick, and keep children home from school once they are sick.
- Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue within the trash.
- Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces employing a daily household cleaning spray or wipe.
